Posted - 26 Aug 2009 : 16:58:57 My school has a Culture Faire each year. This year it is themed Nepolionic Era.
I've been put in charge of putting together a group based on this searies, but here is the catch....I have to persuade the Humanities Department that it is worth while.
Here is the basic requirements:
Reserch based paper (preferably historical subject) Skit Display Each person has to be a Character all Day Costumes
Some of this is easy, some of it not so much. I have a few ideas for Skits and Displays and Characters.
I need ideas for reserch topics I can give to the students and costume designs...
Accually any help or ideas you have would be appreciated.
Thanks- Kalowen |

Oh, exciting news. Naomi Novik, the author of these books, is going to call in the day of the fair for a video chat. I'm totally excited.

Posted - 13 Oct 2009 : 15:15:05 You do know I'm probably going to join that group, right? And as for topics, I have a pet topic, but I'll think about it and get back to you.
"Fear not what you may read, but what you may not." "Hah! Your aims as rotten as your meatballs!" "NARCOLEPSY!" "Stupid Newlyweds and their fireworks. Just like a kid on the fourth of July." -Kalowen |

I will need help with costume design. Anyone know where I can find uniforms from the Nepolionic era? Or any links to pics?

What is the connection with the Temeraire series?
