Here's the first one I ever wrote that was serious:
Night to Day
There are times when alone at night I lay,
I reflect upon events of yesterday.
Back then I was alone and without hope,
But here, today, our love is like a rope.
I climb it from a pit of my own make,
Like a nightmare in the past from which I wake,
Just to fall asleep within a dream.
The pain is in the past, the joy I now redeem.
You are the light of starlit skies.
I find it hard to look away when I see your eyes.
Together we will rise and truly shine.
My love is yours eternal, yours is mine.
It won an Editor's Choice award and ended up being put onto an audio CD as well. Good luck finding it though, I think I have one of the only copies

| I'm hopeing to have it finished by the end of this month and then Im thinking about giveing it to Mr Fetter my Writers Craft teacher. So he can give me his opinion and maybe go over it for me. When it gets published is another story but hopefuly it wont take too long. Hopefuly. |

You should send it to my Book Mafia group. We read unpublished books and write reports on them. We even have some that will nat come out untill like 2-4 years from now. (it's rumored that DOTHM is on its way, but they have been back and forth)

Noooo!!! Disaster strikes just when I'm soo close. I reduced the font from 16 to 12 and now my 116 pg novel is now only 70 pgs! What am I going to do? 70 pg's isnt a novel  |
