Dragons by far.
The other races come and go, and they are all fun with the right story, but I just Love "Dragons"

If we are supposed to go with original creatures, I'd have to say draconians. Kender are very close behind, but I like to root for the bad guys.
I've never seen such a diverse race of creatures since dragons. All of them are unique, and pretty well thought out as well. And if you've you read Doom brigade, or any of the other stories with Krag's(?) draconians in them, then you can't help but appreciate the depth of character these creatures have. So much more than sword fodder.... |

I agree, the draconians are a great race. But, I am going to have to go with the Minotaurs, decendants of the Irda, cousins of the ogres, and soon to be the Master Race of Krynn. I like how all of them are warriors and take to clans and wear kilts like highlanders. but as sailors? how can you swim with hooves?

My favorites are Half-Elves and Drow Elves. Evil yet Beutifal females in both of those races especially Drow.

Its a tie between elves, fairys and Dragons for me because they are fun to draw, and they have a lot of lore.

I would have to go with DM with an addition of Dyads and Nymphs.....
