She looked more closely at him and gently placed her hand upon his.
"Everyone deserves chances to change, to make the future and present different than their past. I can see who you are now, and that tells me that you do deserve happiness," she said softly.
"Raistlin!" It was Crysania's voice. Lifting his gaze, he saw her standing before him, holding his hands away from his face, her eyes wide and filled with concern. "I'm all right", Raistlin said coldly. "Leave me alone!" But, even as he spoke, he sighed and lowered his head again, shuddering as the horror of the dream washed over him. Pulling a clean cloth from a pocket, he began to dab at the wounds on his face. "No, you're not", Crysania murmured, taking the cloth from his shaking hands and gently touching the bleeding gouges. "Please, let me do this", she said, as he snarled something unintelligible. "I know you wont let me heal you, but there is a clear stream near. Come, drink some water, rest and let me wash these". Sharp, bitter words were on Raistlin's lips. He raised a hand to thrust her away. But then he realized he didn't want her to leave. The darkness of the dream receded when she was with him. The touch of warm, human flesh was comforting after the cold fingers of death. And so, he nodded with a weary sigh.

**Kalas took the bowl of sliced bread walked into the main room**

**He shook his head and lowered it**

"That does not define who you are or who you can become. You cannot change those things, but you do not deserve to be condemned forever because of them. You are different now," she continued.

"Very good, I think I`ll just go in and check on Mishka and the kits wont be a few minuets" *with this the old warrior cat disappeared into the study. In the kitchen the soup was ready to come off the heat. Rosemarta stood, lifted the heavy pot up onto the counter and began filling the bowls*

**The old wizard peered at Kalas then smiled**
"So Sir Kalas, how do you like married life if you do not mind me asking?"
**The large Minotaur had a small smile of his own**

Aredhel was silent then, not knowing what else to say. He had to find peace for himself. She put a light pressure on his hand as some form of comfort.

**She felt some of the pain in him disappear, his mood changed because of the touch. He blinked and looked at her perplexed**

Aredhel was surprised. A slight smile came upon her face.
"I'm not sure exactly. It must have been sone kind of channeling of my godess. It just sort of happened....but I am glad you feel better."
"Raistlin!" It was Crysania's voice. Lifting his gaze, he saw her standing before him, holding his hands away from his face, her eyes wide and filled with concern. "You're welcome..." She said somewhat hesitantly but with true meaning. She knew how he felt about what the high priestess had done to him, and hoped that eventually he would be more comfortable with it. She looked upon him.

Aredhel could not help but feel a kind of sadness, like she had upset him, but she managed a slight smile.
"Yes, of course...I shall not keep you any longer"
"Raistlin!" It was Crysania's voice. Lifting his gaze, he saw her standing before him, holding his hands away from his face, her eyes wide and filled with concern.
