Ok heres a question.
When karsus cast the create avatar spell mystryl destroyed herself to prevent him from becoming the god of magic.
Then mystara came along and made a load of bans about certain types of magic, including the avatar spell as well as mythallars.
So now magic is back to being reasonably stable can we assume that those bans are no longer in effect and that if the components and spells can be found a new avatar could be created as well as new mythallars.
